ISO: Zeppole made with Ricotta Cheese

Many years I had a recipe for Zeppole made with Ricotta Chesse. I am trying to get the ingrediatents to no avail. Recipe is simple 2 cups of flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder but cannot remember how many cups of Ricotta Cheese. Did you ever hear of this. They are delicious.!~!!!!! Thanks for your help.
