ISO: Zesty Steak Salad

This recipe contains romaine lettuce, grape or cherry tomatoes, avacado, mushrooms, croutons, and sauteed steak cut into thin strips. The dressing contained mayo, sour cream, horshradish, red pepper, salt. I found this recipe in one of the summer 2005 weekly issues of Woman's World magazine. I made this salad and my family LOVED IT! However, I cannot locate my copy and am desperate to find another! Please Help!!!
