Hi Margie - this dish was more of a "soupy" consistancy, and was done in a crockpot (or at least maybe it was just being kept warm in one) All the ingredients you listed were possible until the chili powder and cumin came in - there wasn't any of that flavor - I think maybe the Rotel might be the answer. There was a definite little kick to it, but not a big kick, just a mild one.

I think I will try it using the ingredients you listed and see what happens (minus the chili powder and cumin).

In the meantime, maybe someone will have more ideas! thanks so much, Margie!
