Recipe: Oatmeal Pie

OATMEAL PIE

3 eggs; beaten
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2/3 cup quick cooking oats (uncooked)
2/3 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup milk
2 tsp margarine; melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pastry for (9-inch) single crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Stir together eggs, sugars, oats, coconut, milk, margarine, vanilla and cinnamon, mixing till well blended. Pour filling into pastry lined pie pan.

Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 35 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.
