ISO: Corn, cheese, tomato, chilis recipe

Misc.
Hello all - went to a very large potluck event last night, and one of the slow cookers had a corn dish - the woman who made it said it had corn, a liquidy cheese, maybe some cream, some fresh tomatoes, chilis - it was mildly spicy but really good. Would anyone recognize this recipe? If so, I'd love to have it.

This event was too big for me to find her later and ask about the ingredients.

We're heading back to FL in a few days - it's been nice watching fall in New England, but it's getting pretty cold now and we're looking forward to getting back to warm (hot?) weather again.

We have acquired a 10-month old Jack Russell through a JRT Rescue adoption agency. He's been with us for about a week now and he is the sweetest, funniest, happiest little dog. He's really tiny - only 12 lbs. Full of energy, full of personality and loves everyone, and thankfully NOT a barker. It's like he's been with us forever.
