re: Corn side dish -

Misc.
I'm not sure what you could classify it as - it was very thick with corn, but also juicy at the same time. It might be a cheese soup, but I'm thinking it was more like heavy cream, with melted cheese or Velveeta - the idea of the cream cheese and shredded cheddar melted really hit me as being what it was like. Whatever it was, it sure was great. It was very different and I noticed people talking about it. It was definitely something you would eat with a spoon, or even a fork, except then you'd miss the juice that collected at the bottom. I put it into a paper soup cup to eat it.

Side dish is what I think it would be. And the tomatoes were little small pieces of tomato, not big chunks. I think your idea of the Rotell comes as close as anything else.

Thanks - if I can find out who the woman is I'll see if she will share the recipe.
