I knew that one wasn't a crockpot recipe, but was hoping you could work with it. I know that the liquids in a crockpot don't evaporate like when they are baked.

Was this more of a soup, a dip, or a side dish? Do you think the cheesy part could have been a ready made jar of queso or even a can of cheddar soup?

This is intriguing and sounds like the kind of take-along that folks talk about! I'll be watching for the real recipe, too.
