Thank You: Baked Wheat Pudding - Timely for a school project!

Misc.
This wasn't my request (for Baked Wheat Pudding), but it was timely. My son's Modern Western Civilization teacher brought in a "mystery grain" from her farm, which turned out to be wheat berries (kernels). The students had to find out what the grain was, and then make a food item using it.

Once he found out what it was, he found this recipe to make the pudding. Last night he soaked the kernels, and tonight he will bake the pudding. Tomorrow the students have to take in their food items to share, and whoever has the best one gets a prize. I'll post again if he wins!

Thanks again.
