Lisa, I've been given the honor of making a family recipe for what we call "Millies' Peas" my cousin sent me an old, food spattered piece of paper with everything I need on it. It called for two #2 size cabs of Lesuer peas. I've looked all over the internet and, after about 45 minutes, I found your answer which couldn't be more exact. At least the recipe doesn't have one of those mystery measurements like, "add enough flour to make a good dough".
