Hi Betsy, I found your cite through the wiki info on carnation milk company. So I am going to make the carnation whipped angel food pie. It sounds better than home made!!!! The reason I was looking at the link was my grandfather passed on for 30 years now used to work at carnation in the 20's. It sounds like he was able to support his family in that way. I have been doing ancestry research on all sides of my family and it is so nice that you have collected another aspect of it. The recipes!!! I hope you will put your collection into a cookbook, I love your cite. I will bookmark it. good luck in your endeavor for preserving something from the past.
