Thank you so much for that website. I have seen recipes in the past for some cheeses, but I never knew where to find the special ingredients and things for it. My 8 year old son LOVES cheese, and he LOVES experimenting with things. I think that this will be an EXCELLENT project for us to work on in the kitchen. Thanks again.
