Thank You: Coconut Butterballs recipe

Thanks, Halyna! I sent it on to my MIL and just got her answer that it sounded very much like the one she lost. She said that the butterballs she used to make did become crumbly at first too, so we think that it is the same recipe. I didn't expect an answer so quick. Thank you so much again. She is going to try it and let me know, and I'm going to try and make these myself this week.
