Thank You: Dear Gladys, Thank you Soooooo much!

Misc.
for the wonderful monkfish recipes! I am planning once again another dinner shared my a great friend and chef, Gladys. You understand that getting organized is the key to any great meal big or small. I did send "Our Dear Betsy" the picture that DH took of our seared tuna meal that I told you our son prepared the plate presentation of. It was not served on fine white linen but our every night dinner table, all the same we have fun with good food, beautiful presentation and old time family fun every night.( we know how to and do entertain with antique china and linen but reserved for guest only) You should bless us with a visit here and you would not have to fly your seafood in. We would go to Pike Place Market purchase any seafood you heart desired, pack it in ice, and off to your home it would be ready for you to do your magic in the kitchen. I send fresh Dungeness crab home to my parents and in turn they send us "salt cured country ham" that I serve Sweet Potato Biscuits, along with all the other "country favorite" side dishes I grew up with. Life is grand . Your Friend Janie
