Thank You: Honey and Oats Bread (like Subway's)

Betsy! Actually, the bread turned out pretty good - considering I put 4 t of yeast - but I live at 6800 feet elevation, and with the bread and wheat flour- it evidently needed that much yeast! I am making another loaf today, increasing the honey, and I always have to adjust liquids here, so thankfully, this recipe is very very forgiving. My hubby loves subways honey and Oat bread, and today I got a bagette loaf pan (the one with the tiny holes all around!) and I am making the dough, then going to let it rise in the new pan! Hopefully it will be great! Thanks again, and perhaps someone can correct the original recipe? It is really GOOD!

PS I have a GREAT recipe for Panera's white balsamic dressing - how do I share it???
