ISO: Honey and Oats Bread like Subways - q on YEAST

On the 1.5 lb ingredients - it says 1/4 t YEAST...BUT in the 1 lb ingredients it says 2 t YEAST.  One of these is WRONG!

Right now, in my bread machine I have everything EXCEPT the YEAST. - HOW much should I use?  In the recipe it says: **IF NOT USING RED STAR BRAND YEAST use 4 teaspoons yeast for 1 1/2-pound loaf. One-pound size loaf yeast measurement does not change. 

SO:  Do I use 4 t for the 1.5 lbs loaf?  How do you go from 1/4 t to FOUR teaspoons of YEAST?
