Thank you both (Rochelle & Linda)I am over run with tomatoes and wanted to give this a try - but being new to canning I didn't want to make a mistake. I had a feeling Martha wasn't quite right! I have been drying my plum tomatoes for a few years (with good results), now on to new adventures!
