GRACIAS JUANITA!!! Your quesadilla recipe and your description of how to make it, is perfect!!!! Just like my Abuelita taught me!! She said to NEVER use a hand mixer, always stir by hand 😊 My Abuelita is in Heaven now, and I could not remember all the ingredients, the only difference yours has, is the addition of sour cream; but I bet Salvadorian crema would make the quesadilla even better! I've made it with sour cream, and it made the difference! Gracias!! Besitos!!! 😘💕
