Thank You: kumpe fra Agder

Misc.
Greetings,

My grandmother was from Vest Agder and made similar dumplings. She used equal parts mashed and grated potatoes with a little cardamon added for flavor. I still make them for breakfast on Christmas morning. Thank you for sharing. I've never run across a recipe before. We knew it as klumpa.
