I can't wait to try this!!!! You know the original chef from Le Steak is still cooking in NYC. When I find the name of the restaurant I'll post it to you again. I do have one question for you. What kind and brand mustard do you use??

I can't thank you enough. This recipe will bring back many fond memories.
