Thank You: Lemon Chicken recipe found at last

I too cut this recipe off the back of Minute box, but I thought for years that it was in a recipe book. I couldn't find it anywhere. Until one day I was looking through a recipe book my mom had hand written. I found
it in my hand writing titled "Minute rice Lemon Chicken box recipe" in the "Main Dishes section". I was so glad to find it. I had to check recipe online to make sure I had written down correctly. Thanks for posting recipe. I had just started my search when I found this site.
