ISO: Minute Rice Lemon Chicken

I am looking for a recipe that I cut off the back of a Minute Rice box about 15 years ago...and now it's lost. I do remember parts of the recipe, for instance, you cut up chicken breasts, put them in a skillet with a little butter, garlic, and cornstarch. When you have them browned, your other ingredients follow: snow pea pods, carrots (sliced diagonally), minute rice, lemon juice, lemon zest, chicken broth, parsley (4 TBLS I think). This is all I can remember...and my kids have been begging me for years to make it again. If anyone could help me out, you would make a couple of teenagers VERY happy!
