I'm so glad you got to try the Saganaki, Marilyn. I hope you all enjoyed it.

We had a very nice Thanksgiving with both of our girls. Like most people, we were pretty tired by the end of the day but all of the preparations were worth the time and effort. We've been enjoying lots of leftovers:-) And, I was able to send both girls back to their respective cities with many "goodies."
