Hi Gladys,
Thanks again for your recipes , I will try them and let you know which I liked the best. How are tour compatriotas taking all this in with what happened September 11th? I never thought I would experience something like this in my lifetime. Also thanks for your description of Mar Chiquita it brought back childhood memories spent there with my family.I leave in the SW Florida panhandle, where you can find great seafood from the Gulf of Mexico. If I come across some great local recipes I will pass them along.
