Recipe(tried): Easy Healthy Chicken Tenders Dinner

Today was a beautiful day in Florida, not too hot and sort of breezy. Wouldn't it be nice if it were like that all the time?
I am so excited...my plantation shutters in the bathroom finally get installed and that means the project is over, yipee!! The bathroom has really turned out very nice, it reminds me of a spa! We joked tonight that when it is time to sell the house we will tell interested buyers to go on and take a shower in there! It's delicious!!
Dinner tonight was very simple, fast and it very healthy. I love the chicken tenderloins that Tyson sells, they are wonderful and the best part is I throw them on the pan frozen with a little olive oil and seasonings and viola! In less than 20 minutes, dinner is done. I served them (3 each) on the plate alongside cut-up watermelon and pluots and mixed vegetables, zucchini and broccoli bits. I also served my favorite salad too. It was a a filling and yummy meal! For dessert we will enjoy Healthy Choice Premium Fudge Bars.

GRILLED TENDERLOINS
serves 2
6 pieces of frozen Tyson chicken tenderloins
2 tsp. Grill Mates Roasted Garlic Montreal Chicken seasoning
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 zucchini, sliced
olive oil for the pan
Heat the pan on med. heat, drizzle on the olive oil (about 1 tablespoon) and put the chicken pieces in. Sprinkle with the seasoning. Turn when nicely browned, sprinkle on lemon juice and add the sliced zucchini. Turn the zucchini slices too.
MIXED VEGETABLES
serves 2

(these only have 11 grams of carbs per serving)
Birdseye Broccoli Florets, Carrots & Water Chestnuts
(these are all natural with no preservatives)
I simply mix enough of the two into separate bowls and microwave til hot.
