Thanks, Jeff for the Ice Cream Maker Manual link to pdf and thanks to webarchive for having it. It's actually for the stand alone unit and not the kitchen center so it does not give a speed setting but the top unit or ice cream bucket is the same so all else should be good. Oh, just noticed. The easy vanilla ice cream recipe given above tells the speed setting. (On the 10-12 speed kit ctr use #4, on the 16 speed kit ctr use #7) reposting the link to the pdf manual
