I still have the book for the Oster Kitchen Center Ice Cream maker. Here is the recipe for Easy Vanilla Ice Cream. If there are any special ones that you want let me know.
EASY VANILLA ICE CREAM
2 cups heavy (whipping) cream
2 cups half and half
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in cream canister. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Freeze as directed.
Put freezing cover on. Position cream canister in ice bucket. Layer ice and salt as follows:
Pour 1 cup cold water into ice bucket.
Place a 1-inch layer of ice cubes around cream canistercanister )cream canister should stand straight while layering.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup table salt or 1/4 cup kosher course salt on ice.
Continue layering ice and salt to the top of the ice bucket.
Pour 1 c. cold water over top ice layer.
Remove freezing cover.
Insert paddle and put mixing cover in place.
Place ice bucket cover on ice bucket. Latch.
Select speed setting #4 (#7) on Recipe center base.( 10 or 12 speed unit use #4 16 speed unit use #7)
Turn unit on.
As ice melts, add more ice cubes through ice feed corners. For each 1 c. of ice add 1/4 c. salt.
Process until frozen mixture reaches cream canister cover and until desired consistency is sreached. Do not overprocess.
Ice cream 8 - 12 min.
custard 8 - 12 min.
yogurt 10- 12 min.
sherbet 12 - 15 min.
ices and sorbets 10 - 12 min.
ice milks 15 min.
