Thanks, Gina - don't you just love Paula Dean's recipes - talk about down-home cookin'with all those nice rich butter and cream recipes of hers!

This recipe is very much the same as what I use when I make what we always called American Chop Suey - the only ingredient that's different is the cumin - otherwise the same.

Glad to see you back posting again. When will you return to GA? We stayed on Cape Cod a bit longer this year, so were able to experience some wonderful cool fall weather which we both enjoyed.
