June, My DH Said it Reminded Him of....

Misc.
Hi June,

My DH said it reminded him of a dish his Mom used to make for him back in New Hampshire when he was a boy. I told him, "if it had sliced mushrooms minus the cumin, it would be chop suey". It was soooo good and comforting!! We enjoyed it again last night for supper.

So, you got to enjoy some of the Cape's delightful weather, huh? Bet it was fun!!!

We will be enjoying Thanksgiving in GA this year with grandchildren and all!! We are planning to have some fun with piles of leaves so I am on the look-out for some children's rakes...

Happy Fall!! Gina
