Thank you for your wonderful-sounding recipe. I was already to make it when I realized I had no idea where to get fresh currants!! But it sounds wonderful, and I will keep it in case I ever find currants during the asian pear season. In the meantime, I've just been giving them away and eating them. How do you dry them?
Anyway, thank you. I'm sorry I took so long to respond, but I couldn't figure out how to do it.
