Thanks kt/mn for the idea. I will give it a try, I know kitchenlink's friends will able to help. It is actually just the top, I think I could even bake the lasagna till almost done before adding the top layer of cheese and brown it. I am making it for the whole church that mean about 11 pans in all, that mean mass production on Saturday. Once again, thanks
