Christine/Houston-another lasagna idea

Misc.

I was thinking about it and when I make my lasagna, I save just
a little sauce. I make mine in a oval pan, and after I put the
top layer of cheese on, I take the save sauce and just make an
oval of it on the center of the cheese to mimic the shape of
the pan. Then I sprinkle freshly grated parmesan over that spot
of sauce. You could probably do that with any shape pan, and then
the last thing touching the foil would be sauce & it wouldn't
stick. Also when you cover the pan, since foil is so easily
moldable, you could use a little more (so it is above the top
of the lasagna) and seal it tightly around the edges. Kind of
a little dome, so to speak. Just a couple more thoughts.
