Thanks, I forgot about giving them away. This is a good idea. I closed a grocery a few years ago and offered all the items in the cooler to the food shelf but they refused to take the items. I offered the carrots to a few of the people I work with and none of them can or freeze anything.

How are the carrot pickles! I do like beet pickles. Do you think if I like beet pickles I would like carrot pickles?
