Recipe: Chicken Wings Appetizer (McCall's Cookbook, 1993)

CHICKEN WINGS APPETIZER
(Chicken wings are marinated overnight before baking.)

3 pounds chicken wings
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons salt (or to taste)
1 tablespoon sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 drops Tabasco sauce

Prepare chicken wings by removing tips, wash and dry.

Combine all ingredients for the mainade in a 9x13 casserole dish; add the chicken wings and toss in the marinate to coat. Marinate chicken wings in refrigerator overnight.

WHEN READY TO COOK:
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
