Thanks for the info. I hope Gladys will post her fritter recipe if it is not on this web site. I will check here to find out. I have used the yuca from the grocery with a fish dish I make. I grate it and pack it on a fish filet and brown in a mix of butter and olive oil. When it is lightly brown, I turn it over and place in the oven to finish cooking. I am going to try to grow my own next year, since Father Sanjay??? is going to give me some stalks to winter over.
