Well, the thruth is that I am not feeling very well these days. My main problem is the terrible constant tiredness & the pain & stiffness in my joints. I dont think that I am up to do any thing for easter, but equally I will enjoy reading all your fabulous Menus.

I read at the Internet (in a Mayo Clinic column discussing Lupus) that it is the same virus as the mononucleosis (epstein barr) & I had mononucleosis when I was 13 years old. They explained that for some reason not yet understood, those who suffered mononucleosis early in their lives frequently develop Lupus later in their lives. Well, if that is true, then this explain my problem.

Thanks again for your e-mail. I am looking forward to see the pictures of your home & the plants & the japanese tree.
