Recipe: Skewered Orange Beef (using Italian dressing)

SKEWERED ORANGE BEEF

1/2 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
2 pounds boneless sirloin steak, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch- thick strips

In large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, combine all ingredients except steak. Add steak; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 3 to 24 hours.

TO COOK:
Remove steak, reserving marinade. On skewers, thread steak.

Grill or broil steak, turning once and brushing with some reserved marinade, until steak is done. Do not brush with marinade last 5 minutes of cooking.

Meanwhile, in small saucepan, bring remaining marinade to a boil and continue boiling 1 minute. Pour over steak.
