Misc. I confess that they are a challenge for me. Nevertheless, now I have in my hands more time than what I usually have, therefore I intend to try them. I have a comment. In Spanish (from Spain) cooking there is a kind of rice with chickpeas and sausages (chorizos) and covered with an egg crust which is called Arroz con Costra.
