BROCCOLI-RED ONION SALAD

"This tart, warm salad is served with a vinegar-and-yogurt dressing."

3 cups water
6 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced

Bring water to a rapid boil in the bottom of a steamer. Steam broccoli over water until it is just tender-crisp, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and drain well.

Whisk together the yogurt and vinegar. Pour over the warm broccoli. Toss with raisins and onion slices, and serve.
