Thanks for your fast response, Gladys!

Have you personally tried this recipe? As I said, the cookies I made last year broke apart when I was transferring them to the cooling racks. Since I only have time to bake one batch of gingerbread cookies, I want to make sure the recipe I use is a keeper!
