hi lily,

your Cantonese is excellent!!! (i can't speak a word of it!!!) i am still using the cybercafe as we don't have the time to relaly fix the pc... i will ask my mother-in-law when i see her the next time. i think you are talking about a dish she cooks for us all the time. it is semi-wet. the Hor Fan should be pan fried and the suace (with chicken, veggies, usually choy sum)should be poured on the top and yes there are scrambled eggs... i think i know how to do it... but just to be sure... (you gotta wait...)

i don't really have the mood to think or post these days as my grandma passed away b4 CNY... i am not really in a mood of doing anything these days... shall do the post later when i am in a better shape...
