I like all the ingredients you've listed - it seems like this could also be used for shrimp, pork or chicken strips, couldn't it?

Also, have you posted the Balsamic Chicken here? I'd love that one, too. I love anything with Balsamic vinegars.

Thanks again - have company this week, so I'm not doing much in the way of research and thinking about returning a recipe - hang in, there - I'll do it yet!
