Thank You: Whole wheat vs. whole wheat pastry flours

Misc.
Hi bme - Thanks so much for the good explanation of whole wheat flours, I've been searching all over the Web for an answer. (Should have known that posting the question here would take care of the matter!)
Now to find the pastry flour... I live in a small town and getting our groceries (3) to carry something out of the ordinary is often difficult.
Thanks again. Pat
