Recipe: Vegetable Stuffing Casserole (using condensed soup and stuffing mix)

VEGETABLE STUFFING CASSEROLE

1 (16 ounce) bag frozen green beans
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans (10.75 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions
1 (6 ounce) box seasoned stuffing mix
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Pour frozen vegetables into bottom of a greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Stir (undiluted) soup into vegetables. Sprinkle French-fried onions and (dry) stuffing mix evenly over top. Drizzle melted butter and 1/4 cup water over stuffing layer.

Cover and bake 55-65 minutes, or until heated through.

Makes 7-9 servings
