Thanks Jeanne. I will try it with what I have. I just needed to know what best to try with, so I think I'm going to combine some Grey Poupon with some stoneground mustard (small jar at grocery store) and try the recipes. It's not that I can't find Pommery Mustard (I found several mail order gourmet places), but the jars are so large and $12 and I only wanted some to try the recipe.

I'm sure your fridge is suffering the fate of mine--the condiments are taking over! Hubby and I aren't mustard fanatics, but I must admit that Grey Poupon (and other wine mustards) taste a tad bit different from the stuff in the yellow plastic squirt bottle! :)
