Holy smokes, I've discovered my own wife/husband culinary consulting team!! Want to come up here for Easter? The snow from this weekend will probably be all melted by then, but it would be a nice change from sunny, warm Florida. Thanks for your input. I'm sure I will have some more solicitations for advice as the Easter weekend draws near. I'm glad you pulled in your husband because grilling season is around the corner and he sounds like he could be a bit of a 'barbecue guru' in this field.
