Jeanne, What about Cutlery?

Wow! Thanks for the advice. Say, what is your opinion on high-end cutlery. I've been researching this, too (I think I research too much!) and from what I've read, Wusthof and Henckels are the two names that seem to be very popular in the area of 'professional cutlery'. Do you agree with this? I don't care about price. Just interested in getting the best. I look at it as an investment rather than an expense. Let me know.
