"All American" Pressure Canner Advice?

Misc.

Is anyone familiar with this canner? It is very old and large and is fastened with flange type things that hold down the lid. It doesn't appear to have required any rubber parts. I would like to use this, but I am terrified of it blowing up. Can anyone give me any advice?

Thank you very much.

Sincerely Mary in Ontario
