Although I don't have a recipe to make graham crackers in your kitchen I do have the box in my hand...Along with whole wheat flour they also contain honey and molasses. If I were you I might look for vanilla wafers and crush those into crumbs. In the frozen food section at your grocery store look for a frozen pie with a crumb like crust. The ingredients might tell you more.
