I am only sorry that I haven't managed to find your recipe yet. But I will be on the lookout for it! Thought it might be sneakily lurking under a different name somewhere! :-)

Didn't realize the Love Cake might be a cheesecake, but it makes sense in light of the Italian Love Cake. The children who want the Italian Love Cake for their birthdays call it "that cheesecake!"

Angel, I have found some recipes for the German Cheesecake (in English) at 3 different sites and I hope you won't mind if I go ahead and give you addresses now. I am making a big leap by assuming perhaps you don't know about these, or that you even want them, but we're friends, and I do want to help you! Not to mention I have the addresses all copied and pasted and ready to post haha
