Another beef stock idea

Don, you can also buy beef, chicken and beef stocks in the soup section of most grocery stores. These broths are already mixed and ready to be used in cooking. Many brands carry low-fat and/or low-salt versions of the broths and are very good. (Some brands also have a choice of spices.) I like using these canned or boxed broths because it is easy to keep any left-over broths in the containers in the refrig. Good luck to you.
